Adega do Cantor – The visit lasts approximately 1 hour (depending on the interaction with the group) and consists of 3 distinct parts.
In a first part, made in former dryland, a panoramic area, an explanation is given about the three estates that produce the grape varieties for the wines Vida Nova, the types of grapes, soil influence, climate and temperature in the growth of the vineyard.
In the second part, made in the cellar, describes the entire vinification process, identifying all existing machinery and its role in the process. The final part, and after being passed through the cellars, consists of a wine tasting (minimum of 3) where the process of analysis is demonstrated.
