A Papaya de Melides

Papaya de Melides serves homemade inspired food from various corners of the world using the region’s freshest produce and selected ingredients from the Sierra de Aracena and Andalusia.
Under the direction of Afonso Burnay, Toninho Burnay and Sandra Rito the menu changes weekly so as to respect the seasonality of the ingredients and the best offerings of the local producers.
The wine list gathers a narrow set of wines from the Alentejo and Sado region, complemented by charismatic wines from the country’s main wine regions.
